Acceptable but Disappointing Hotel Stay

The flexible check-in was appreciated.
I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom did not smell fresh and the floor felt greasy. The bathroom wasn't very clean. It did not smell very good.

The staff members were very kind and ready to assist me. I found them helpful with directions. The room was quite spacious and provided lots of room to move around. The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing trains from the Altona station. Public transportation is also very accessible. I thought it was a good value.
During the night, I experienced a fair amount of noise. The source of the disturbance was not immediately clear. I wish the soundproofing had been better to ensure a quieter sleep.

The staff provided front office customer service and were positive. They went a long way to help guests settle. I felt welcomed and my needs were promptly addressed.

The room had a desk and chairs. It was useful for getting some work done. The bed and bathroom were both comfortable. The room was very clean. I noticed the attention to detail.
